Welcome to the 1/2 LB 1000J event.
Objective: using any jump rope technique you wish, complete 1000 jumps with a 1/2 Lb jump rope as fast as you can. If you trip up, keep going. If you get tired, take a break (but the timer keeps going). When you're finished, click below to submit your best score.
