KICKS OFF SEPT 12, 2017
I did 1000 jumps with the 1 lb orange Intensity rope tonight, in 11:42. Sets of 100 with short rests between. Thanks for the inspiration to try that! I was actually spinning fastest for the last 200! Probably just wanted to get it over with! ;-)
This challenge was just right! Can't wait for the next one! I did more than I knew I could, which was the point, great job everyone!
We're at it again. On September 12th, 2017, Crossrope is hosting its second Jump Rope Performance Challenge.
This is a fun 10 day event that's built around a set of jump rope events that will test your speed, skills, and fitness level. Compete against yourself and thousands of other jumpers from across the globe.
Once you sign up, you'll get access to our private jump rope community and a number of helpful training resources to prepare you for five new challenge events that we've put together. The events themselves are built around jump rope exercises that will help you feel stronger and leaner.

Note that this performance challenge can be done by all skill levels, from beginner to advanced. All you need is a jump rope and a place to jump. And best part - sign-up is completely free.

Yes. You can use any jump rope you have on hand. If you don't have one, we'll show you which one we recommend.
No worries, you're not alone. We've got a lot of beginners in this challenge. And to help you get started with your jump rope training, we'll provide you with awesome quick-start resources. All free.
