BASIC JUMP ROPE EXERCISES
In this section of the course, we’re going to show you how you can start building on top of your basic jump.
This is where jumping rope really starts to get fun.
When you’re able to expand your jumping repertoire with new skills and exercises, you’re able to enjoy the versatility of jump rope training.
Note: it’s very important that you learn the basic jump before progressing to any other jump rope exercise. We recommend being able to string at least 100 jumps before moving to this section.
