Now that you’ve got the fundamentals of jump rope technique down, we want to put it together and teach you the most foundational jump rope exercise – the basic jump.
The basic jump is the jump rope exercise every jumper must start with. It is the exercise all other jump rope drills and exercises are built on.
It is the foundation.
Our goal for this course is to have you stringing together the basic jump with minimal trip-ups and frustration.
