Tools for this Workout
Here are the tools you're going to need for today's workout:
The Crossrope Plus Set arms you with four heavy jump ropes - the black 1/4 lb Agility rope, the 1/2 Lb Energy rope, the orange 1 Lb Intensity rope, and the yellow 2 Lb Fury rope. I'll be using mainly the blue 1/2 Lb Energy rope for this workout.
Jump Rope Weight Loss Workout
Today's 10 minute workout is a simple, progressive challenge that is built around two simple jump rope exercises and one bodyweight exercises.
You will need to set your timer to beep every 30 seconds and complete 5 rounds of the following series of jump rope exercises:
- 30 seconds of basic jumps
- 30 seconds of jumping jacks
- 30 seconds of alternate foot jumps
- 30 seconds of rest
Try to pick up the pace as you go from round to round, as I did in the video below.
