Welcome to the Crossrope Masterclass. We're really excited to offer this premium accountability option to special members of our challenge. On this page, you'll find all the details that you need for this masterclass.

We have a number of tools we've put together to help you complete this challenge in full.

Pre-Challenge Assessment

​We're going to start off with the pre-challenge assessment. This will take a few minutes to fill out and we'll need you to send us your responses by April 24, 2017 the latest.

Fitness Tests (Baseline)

Next, we want to test your jump rope skills and overall fitness to get a baseline we can track against. We have prepared three simple fitness tests that we would like you to complete. Take some time over the weekend to complete these three tests and send us your results by April 24, 2017 latest.

Note - we will re-do these tests at the end of the challenge to track improvements in skill and endurance.​

Daily Check-ins

To help you stay on track with your workouts and nutrition goals for the challenge, we're going to send you evening check-in emails each night that you will be required to respond to. These emails will come from davehunt@crossrope.com and should take you no more than 2-3 minutes to do each night, but will help us make sure that you're staying on track.

Important: you will be required to respond to these emails. We have a 3 strike policy for this. If you do not respond to three emails, we will remove you from the group and ​you will be refunded your money. We will be firm on this.

​Technique Assessment

If you would like us to do a technique assessment, please publish your video in our private Facebook group or, if you would like to keep it private, send us your video using We Transfer. We'll watch it and send over our feedback and recommendations.

Weekly Q&A

We will be hosting a weekly 30 minute Q&A session each week to answer any questions that you may have along your journey. We will let you know via email when the first Q&A session will be hosted.
