Yes. Once you join, you'll get access to our simple Jump Rope Quick-Start guide to help you get the basics down. We will also be offering help over the course of the challenge through our private Facebook group!
No. All of the workouts you will get are built around simple jump rope and bodyweight exercises so you'll be able to do them anywhere you please.
No. All of the workouts will be under 20 minutes so you should have no problem squeezing them into your busy schedule. The workouts are also very flexible so you'll be able to make modifications as necessary.
You will need a jump rope, a timer, and some space (with ceiling height). If you have a jump rope already, you're set. If you don't, we'll hook you up with some discounts so you can the one we'll be working with.
We've done our best to create workouts that fit all fitness levels, but we all have different starting points. With each workout, you will get modification ideas in case you want to make your workouts more or less challenging. If you have previous injuries or have physical limitations, please speak with your doctor before starting this challenge.
The nutrition guidelines we've put together are optional, but we've found them to be extremely effective for fat loss. If you have specific dietary restrictions, please speak with your doctor before making any drastic changes to your diet.
