We’ve shared a lot of different workouts this year on our blog, YouTube channel, and fitness challenges. We’ve looked through them all and put together a list of some of our favorites.

1) 10 Minute Jump Rope Endurance Ladder Workout For Beginners

What you’ll need: Timer, jump rope

What you’ll need: A timer/phone, jump rope
Time to complete: 10 minutes

Need a jump rope workout to burn some serious calories?

In this workout we're focusing on speed and intensity as we go through a range of different body weight and jump rope exercises.

3) Jump Rope Partner Workout: Combo Tabatas

What you’ll need: Timer, jump rope, friend
Time to complete: 15 minutes
Recommended ropes: 1/4 LB Rope and 1 LB Rope from the Starter Set

Tabatas, as painful as they can be, are great for improving your fitness and helping you burn MORE calories in less time than a 60 minute steady state workout.

They're also a lot of fun, particularly when done with a friend.

In this workout, you and your partner will run through 3 different jump rope combo Tabatas built around effective jump rope and bodyweight exercises.

4) Jump Rope Partner Workout: Race For Time

What you’ll need: Timer, jump rope, friend
Time to complete: 5 minutes

If you're up for some friendly competition, this is a fun jump rope workout to try.

You and your workout partner will decide on a sequence of jump rope and bodyweight exercises that you'll both attempt to complete as quickly as you can.

BUT in this workout you're not working together, you're competing AGAINST each other. This fun little jump rope competition is all about speed and endurance. The goal is to see who can get through the exercises faster.
