Jump Rope Partner Workout: Crossrope 300 Plus

We've got another fun jump rope partner workout to share with you today.

Today's workout is called the Crossrope 300 Plus workout because it is built around the Crossrope Plus System.

With your partner, you will be working through 1,200 gruelling jumps as fast as you can. This is one of the most fun and challenging ways to get in shape with a friend.

Think you and your partner have what it takes? Let's see what you got...

Tools for this Workout

Here are the tools you're going to need for today's workout:

> Crossrope Get Fit Bundle - get the Get Fit Bundle (we're using all four ropes in the system)

> A timer - use your smartphone

> Some space to jump - We'll be jumping indoors

The Get Fit Bundle is our most popular and versatile jump rope training system. The set comes with four weighted ropes - the 1/4 Lb rope, the 1/2 Lb rope, the 1 Lb rope, and the 2 Lb rope.

The Crossrope Plus Set is our most popular jump rope sets, containing four durable weighted ropes.

Jump Rope Workout: Crossrope 300 Plus

Today's jump rope workout routine is fairly simple in structure, but not easy in practice.

You and your partner are each going to work through 300 jumps with each rope in the Crossrope Get Fit Bundle, working your way from the 1/4 Lb rope to the 2 Lb rope.

The objective is to see how quickly you can complete a total of 1,200 jumps each, particularly as the jumps get harder and harder from rope to rope (that 2 Lb rope is no joke).

While one partner jumps, the other rests. When you're finished, let us know how quickly you got through it in our community.

Note: you can also do this workout without a partner if you wish to try it. If you have a Get Fit Bundle, see how quickly you can complete the 300 Plus Challenge on your own!
