What You'll Need

You will need the following for this end of year workout:

> Crossrope Starter Set - get the CR Starter Set
> A timer - you can use your smartphone for this one
> Some space to jump - I'll be jumping outside (in the cold)

The Crossrope Starter Set comes with two heavy jump ropes - the black 1/4 lb Agility rope and the orange 1 Lb Intensity rope. For this workout I'll be using only the 1 Lb rope. We'll be using the black Agility rope for this workout.

Note - the Starter Set is not mandatory for this workout, but it's fun to try the workout with the heavy rope as well (that comes with your Starter Set).

End of Year Jump Rope Workout Routine

Today's workout is a mix of bodyweight and jump rope exercises designed to challenge your speed, stamina, and mental toughness.

Here's what you need to do -

Set your timer to stopwatch mode and see how quickly you can get through the following sequence of seven jump rope and bodyweight exercises:

- 100 basic jumps
- 10 burpees
- 100 alternate foot jumps
- 15 push-ups
- 100 basic jumps
- 20 bodyweight squats
- 100 alternate foot jumps

Go through them one by one and take breaks as needed. Just remember that the timer doesn't stop until all repetitions of all seven exercises are complete.

Make sure to mark down your score (total time to complete the workout) on a piece of paper somewhere or share it in our online community so you can see how you compare to others!

We'll be re-doing the test again in 2017 to see how much you improve.
