How busy are you, really? Too busy to read this article?
The truth is that we’re all busy. We all have things to do – we all have a long list of priorities and responsibilities that need taking care of.
Our calendars are over-populated with tasks and reminders and our ability to find time to squeeze in even a simple workout has become a challenge.

As part of our new customer story blog segment, we want to highlight some of the amazing results our customers are getting with the Crossrope system.
Today, we're really excited to share Tim's story. Tim reached out to us to let us know about the incredible weight loss transformation he has experienced using our jump rope system.
We were inspired by Tim's story - a journey full of ups and downs.
He had a successful career with the US Air Force, but an addiction quickly derailed him from his normal routine. After making some big changes in his life, Tim was able to turn things around and lose over 50 lbs in the process.
We wanted to share Tim's story because it can be a source of inspiration to those struggling to get back into a routine, lose weight or overcome a major life hurdle.

Jordan vividly recalls, as a wide-eyed 9 year-old, the first time he ever saw his mom jump rope.
“She just grabbed my rope and started doing crazy tricks, like double unders and criss-crosses. And I thought to myself, ‘Oh no. There is no way I’m gonna let my mom be better at jumping rope than I am.’”
And so began his quest and lifelong obsession with jumping rope.
